A Year with Philly Solidarity
Weโre a group of friends that came together in 5 days for Philly Rally for Solidarity in response to the March 16th shootings in Atlanta and realized afterwards that we have the power to give people in our community the voice that has been silenced.

Lessons Learned
Be careful of wording cause they can be taken the wrong way
Itโs okay to make mistakes. Weโre new at this and learning
Itโs important to constantly ask ourselves if the next thing we are doing aligns with our mission to amplify, inspire, and unite
Goals for the Next Year
Bring our focus back to amplifying, inspiring, uniting the community
Build more impactful initiatives with and for the community
Grow youth programming (kicks, food, etc.)
Involved more of those in the community who wants to help in whatever way possible
Community Initiatives
Self defense with Logic Philly - empower individuals to be in command of their bodies and minds
Safe & Strong workshops - provide free pepper spray and a lesson on the safety and use to the elders in the community
More Than Just Kicks - fuse passion for sneaker and photography in workshops with Philly teens and local artists
